We accept 28 day returns of our items. Buyers will need to pay for the return postage unless it is faulty, in which case we will reimburse the customer.
If the item you received arrived damaged, doesn’t match the listing description, or if it’s the wrong item please contact us immediately and we will get this resolved for you.
If you have faulty goods, we ask for you to please let us know by sending us photographic evidence of your faulty item. This will help to speed up the process. If you have chosen the wrong size or colour, you can return your goods to us for a size exchange. The postage is to be paid by the buyer. Please allow time for returns/exchanges to be processed.
Please contact us if you wish to cancel your order. If your item has already been shipped, you will need to return this to us & once we receive it, you can then receive your refund. Buyers must pay the return postage feeds. Please allow time for returns to be processed.
